As a newbie I have not yet made bologna which I really like (although I'd like to). I was looking at the Legg's mixes on the Allied website and saw this....

Are franks and bologna the same except for the size ( in this case "size does matter" .. ha...ha..)?? :-[
Is it just a matter of using a chub rather than a 26mm casing??
Thanks as usual,
Roger
I made up a batch using the 125 blend and used the large casing that held 5 pounds for a good sized chub. http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=28785.0
It turned out pretty good. I would not be afraid to use 28mm to 30mm casings to make dogs out of the blend.
