Title: Apple smoked cheese

Cooled down a bit the other night so we made a trip to the store

Cold smoke set up

Loaded up with a tray of ice

After 2 hr of Apple were in the house ta cool down

A couple hr later all dried and sealed ready for the fridge

Though I love cheese, my stomach get bloated just looking at it  ;D. The wife dont like it when I eat cheese  ;) :o ::) 8)

How do you vent your smoker in your garage?

Need to rig me up one of those.  Not sure that would even work down here in Dallas right now but wife just cut open the last block I did this winter!

PLS OU, how much space between your hood and the top of your smoker? I'M working on something similar but not as great as you for sure, but looks to work not so bad.

3 1/2"  above the smoker.
