Title: Slow cooker Potato soup/chowder

Start with 5 lb red taters

12 oz sliced baby carrots

1 lb cream cheese, room temp

A can of cream of mushroom soup

Mix up real good

Add some minced garlic, celery, black papper and salt

Mix all that up again and add 2 lb cooked bacon,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,mmmmmmmmmmm bacon

Mix up a good chicken soup base

Add 8 cups of water, part of the 8 cups were used to make the chicken soup base

Through on the lid and let the crock pot do its thing

Well between this, your enchilada and "your kinda pie" nobody's gonna have to do any cooking in your house until christmas. :o

All them goodies are for lunch and dinner this week,,,,,,,,,,,,mamma is workin late all week and likes a qiuck dinner when she gets home
