Slow cooker Potato soup/chowder

Start with 5 lb red taters

12 oz sliced baby carrots

1 lb cream cheese, room temp

A can of cream of mushroom soup

Mix up real good

Add some minced garlic, celery, black papper and salt

Mix all that up again and add 2 lb cooked bacon,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,mmmmmmmmmmm bacon

Mix up a good chicken soup base

Add 8 cups of water, part of the 8 cups were used to make the chicken soup base

Through on the lid and let the crock pot do its thing

Lets eat!!

Dont get any better than that!
