Title: Andoulle
Post by: carnie1 on February 20, 2013, 03:13:55 PM
Decided to make Andoulle using Emrils recipe http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emeril-lagasse/homemade-andouille-sausage-recipe/index.html (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emeril-lagasse/homemade-andouille-sausage-recipe/index.html) (I know it says to smoke at 250* , but we all know better)

Check out Rytek Kutas's recipe for Andoulle then go back to food network and use Emeril's or Paula Dean's gumbo recipes.
