Title: First try at Pastrami
Post by: ragweed on September 29, 2013, 12:47:42 PM
Been wanting to try Pastrami for quite a while.  Finally found an affordable brisket.  Followed Habs' recipe using the dry cure option.  I think it turned out really well.  It won't last long.

That looks great, now all you need is to whip up a batch of bread for some awesome sandwiches.

Everything and then some!!  Gonna look for another brisket tomorrow 'cause this won't last long.   As Phil would say, "Happy, happy, happy".
