First try at Pastrami

Been wanting to try Pastrami for quite a while.  Finally found an affordable brisket.  Followed Habs' recipe using the dry cure option.  I think it turned out really well.  It won't last long.

Everything and then some!!  Gonna look for another brisket tomorrow 'cause this won't last long.   As Phil would say, "Happy, happy, happy".
