Title: New guy to the forum and to smoking!
Post by: Ryan S on November 24, 2013, 08:12:19 AM
Hey,

I just got my 1st smoker, Bradley 4 rack digital!

A buddy of mine told me about this forum and how good of tool it is so here I am   :D

Yesterday I did the maiden voyage and smoked a bacon wrapped meatloaf stuffed rice, cheese & onions... For my attempt I was very impressed with the results.

Looking forward to smoking and learning from this forum

Cheers,
Ryan

Thanks guy's -

Appreciate the welcome!

The loaves were awesome!

I cold smoked some Mozzarella and Cheddar and used maple pucks for the smoke. Ran the smoker for 2 hrs at 70 F- everything looked great, now I'll play the waiting game and let the cheese age for the next 4 weeks!
This is fun :)
