First off, thanks to everyone for the welcome! For my first smoke I wanted to keep it easy and cheerful so I did 4 good size sausages. They are called "The Devils Swine, extreme heat with tasty meat". I used hickory and smoked for 1:20 and kept em in for 40 more minutes. Turned out delicous! I was told you all like pics so here you go!

No, picked them up at a local Butcher here who specializes in sausages. Definitely going to make my own one of these days!
