Just bought one of these Bradleys a few weeks ago and smoked some jerky and a set of ribs so far, its what I look for doing on the weekends, smoking and beer....hahaha, see some great recipes and am trying a pork butt this weekend...see ya in the forums...Cheers!!

There are more but try those out before getting into things like enclosures for storing your Bradley outdoors, mods to your smoker, etc. I'm sure someone will be along to help you with those if you're interested.
