Oh my, oh my that looks scrumptious.  I've been wanting to smoke some duck but the breasts I've seen in the supermarket are lacking, scrimpy things compared to yours.  I should try the farmer's market or butcher.  They really do look good!

...thanks guys..hopefully next time I'll be able to smoke some duck...and WoodlawnSmoker the duck was bought at my local farmers market...definately the way to go... 8)
