Title: What I Did with Pulled Pork...

I made a Yam-IPA-Pulled Pork Burrito.  :o :P

Once heated, the sweetness of the Yam, combined with the bitterness of the IPA (beer) and the smokiness of the pulled pork really went well together.

MWS, For a moment or two I was convinced your post was high tech
smellivision......Now I'm hungry...gotta eat...gotta go  !

Really looks great, I'll have to give that a try.

No problem there.....if you notice top left of picture 1, you will see my freshly filled mini keg (pig) of IPA.  :o ;D

Very creative and I bet it tasted goooooooood :P :P :P.  I'll remember this one ;).
