Please help !
I've had a BS for about a year now. I've seen alot of recipe books for water smokers but I can't find a good recipe book for my Bradley. I've got the recipes that Bradley supplies and I've got the forum for handy recipes but I'm hoping for more ...
Any good BS recipe books out there?
Have you tried the recipe site? It has many recipes developed and/or tested in the BS.

Check out SMOKE & SPICE at your local book store.
Tried the recipe forum. Looking for more ...
Saw "Smoke & Spice" this week. Is it written more for water smokers or can you modify info to fit BS?

Welcome to the forum Eo0014, are you looking for anything in particular?
Many Bradley owners use Smoke and Spice and the recipe site keeps me going when I am short of ideas so perhaps if you could be a bit more specific in exactly what you want, someone could chime in with details?
There is no dedicated Bradley Smoker recipe book although several books/authors do mention and even recommend the BS. e.g:

Not looking for anything specific. Just doing alot of experimenting. So far I've got ribs down pretty well. Next uop, I'll try to take on a brisket or something more.
Thanks for the info.
Good luck. ;)
Be sure to check everything on this forum. I have seen a lot this forum with regards to trying something new. It would not surprise me if someone makes an attempt at smoking lettuce. It is about the only thing I have not seen on here so far.
E,
My favorite book is Paul Kirks Championship BBQ. Tons of info/tips recipes for rubs, spices and anything else smoking related you can think of. I highly reccommed it. ;)

Not long found a reference to smoked rice, Australian in origin. It looks like it can be done in a similar fashion to smoked salt that several people including myself have tried previously. Plan on giving it a go at some stage in the future when cold smoking.
So maybe that smoked lettuce is not beyond the bounds of possibility!!!! :o

Very true, I try and remember that when I have the odd spectacular failure! (e.g smoked liver!) :-[

manx ya gotta quit mentioning that liver thing. My teeth get all gritty and my mouth gets dry just thinking about that "Cook Inlet Mud Smoked Liver Pat'e" failure I had. Even the pups go running out of the house if they see me bringing any liver in to cook! :D ;D ;)
Glad you guys brought this up. I had been toying with the idea of trying some liver. After reading this, I think I will stick to the good old fashioned liver and onions.

Wise choice Wildcat. ;D This is a case were folks will really appreciate you for what you DIDN'T DO. :D

What amuses me Iceman is that we are separated by several thousand miles, on different continents, yet both had the same spectacular failure trying to smoke liver and both arrived at the smoked mud comparison!! ;D ;D ;D
Doesn't do anyharm to be reminded of the odd failure IMHO, just makes you appreciate the successes all the more. Besides I am in good company mentioning that particular one.
AND.... we have saved Wildcat from suffering the same fate and the associated recurrent nightmares!!! :-[
And boy do I llove liver and onions! ;D
Liver and onions are great IMO. ;) (Just keep them away from the Bradley). :D
I really appreciate you guys saving me. ;D I REALLY love liver and I surely do not want to turn against it by such a horrible experience. I have, on occasion, had liver in restraunts that was not cooked enough and even that kept me away from it for a couple of months or so. :'(
