Title: First BPS Smoke
Post by: NePaSmoKer on April 14, 2007, 06:01:33 PM
Was a fairly good day so i fired up the BPS. Did a small pork loin to an internal meat temp of 150*

Turned out pretty ok, kinda dry so maybe next time its going boating. This loin is gunna be married with some ice sauce and some whole wheat pita bread ;D

I'm gonna love it when the TM plate shows up elsewhere, courtesy of the Minx.

Thats pretty good. I didn't even notice the TM on the first one. Obviously distracted by the Loin. Looking good, that s just the way we like them.   ;D As many know we "over cook" at our house including Loins to 160 but also FTC (even though the meat is lean) for an hour or two. They are still moist.  :) I am sure boating will help also... looks gooo0d though.   ;D
