HMB: Honey Mustard & Bourbon  WINGS

I thought i lost this recipe, but i found it on an old disc  ;D

4 to 6 lbs chicken wings (you can use less if you want)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup bourbon
4 T dry mustard
1 T yellow or brown mustard seeds, crushed

In a small bowl mix honey, bourbon, dry mustard and the mustard seed together, mix well. Place wings in a large bowl and cover wings with 1/2 the sauce. Pre heat your BS @200* with your fav wood with 6 pucks. After smoke has stoped bump the heat to 300* and cook until chicken is done or you can cook in your grill. When chicken is done place wings in large bowl and cover with remaining sauce, toss.

You can add hot sauce to this also.

enjoy

I'm gonna have to try this with the mustard...I've always used Honey, Molasses and Bourbon with just a touch of spicey bbq sauce for my ham glaze!  Can Thanksgiving hurry up and get here!  ;D

I seem to have a problem getting the bourbon in the bowl to mix.  The 1/4 cup takes 1/2 the bottle.   :P
