Title: Question about turning off the smoke generator
Post by: Parrot Person on May 07, 2010, 12:30:19 PM
I thought I read somewhere on the forum that if you turn off the generator you lose some heat?  You want to just leave it on even if you're done burning bisquettes?  The worst that will happen is that the advancer keeps clicking even if there's no bisquettes to burn?  That won't hurt anything, will it?

Correct.  It is giving you another 125 watts of heat...    Just leave it on.

I would leave it on.  It's a small source of heat and no, it won't hurt your generator.

Ah, thank you for the reassurance.

Only thing I would suggest is to get the remains of the last puck off the burner.
