After hooking up with CRG on Saturday morning to exchange a few items, I rushed home to smoke salmon. Also smoked some asparagus and made CRG's Cilantro Potato Salad. That stuff rocks. A bit spicy for the wife so next time I will use just one bag of Zataran's. Making it again this weekend for 4th of July cookout.

If ya'll don't like it spicy, just boil the taters in salt water.
I know Mrs seemore has tried it and likes it also.
I made 5lbs of it on Friday and it is almost gone.
Definitely will be making more than a pound this weekend.
