Title: Did Some Bread

The first loaf is ciabatta no knead bread, done in the dutch oven.

Second loaf is sour dough rye bread, done in a stone ware ( W&S ) roasting oven.

I put some gruyere cheese on the ciabatta and made a pastrami sandwich with the sour dough rye.  Both had a great taste.  Wife ate my samples before any pics of sandwiches.  She said they were good. ;D :o
