Title: Sweet Bread Starter 3 Years In The Freezer Revived
Post by: mustangmoe on October 08, 2017, 05:29:31 AM
Took out some sweet bread starter out of the freezer that Sonny shipped up to me about 4 or 5 years ago dehydrated. Got away from bread making but decided it was time to get back into it. Was not sure if the frozen starter would come back to life but as you can see from the pictures it is doing great. One week sitting on the counter and two feedings it kicked in. :)

The starter looks great, hope to see photos of the bread, maybe I'll start a crusty bread tonight.
