One of my family's favorite ways to eat up lox.  Lox Roll-ups


Start with a flour tortilla - this happens to be a low carb one.


Add some flavored up cream cheese


Add some scrambled eggs


Add some sliced lox


Add some dressed lettuce/arugula


Multiply X2 for a good great breakfast

If you don't remember what it looks like - that is sunshine shining on and through.

yep, farmed atlantic salmon - can't do nothing about it.  Used the recipe site recipe again.  But came out lighter than last time.
