NEW to FORUM

Hello all, my husband and I bought a Bradley digital smoker several months ago--and I just love it.  I have smoked ribs, brisket, and pork roasts.  Mainly by trial and error-but I have been fairly successful.  I just happened onto this site--and this is so cool.  Now I can find proven reciepies instead of just kinda winging it.  I think this weekend I am going to smoke a ham (bone-in) any suggestions?????

I trust you've seen the recipe site ( http://www.susanminor.org/ ). It has great stuff from some REALLY great people.
