need help on fajitas

Bought me a skirt and wanna smoke fajitas, really dont know where to start with this...marinade, time, grill , i dunno, just need as much help as anyone can offer i really do appreciate it

marinade

1 bottle beer
3/4 cup oil
lime juice
1/2 onion chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bay leaf
2 tbls worcestershire
1 tbls chili powder
2 tsp tabasco
2 tsp cumin
1 tbls pepper

Marinade overnight, then smoke @ 220 for about 2 hours..with mesquite of course!  ;D  Then finish on the grill couple minutes per side!

OK to start with if your a guy then its a KILT not a skirt. Other than that follow WTS's lead.
