Now don't go making fun of my wiener, cause it turns out that it's pretty good. Decided to try smoking some hot dogs for lunch.

The dogs were on sale:


Here's the fixins:


Smoked em for about an hour at 220 with Jim Beam Bisquettes:


Lunch it is:


Didn't come out too bad, I don't typically buy this brand, so I'm not sure how they would have come out if I did them in the boiling water cook. They really didn't plump up much, but they weren't dry and chewy. Was kinda fun doing a quickie.

I'm all over that! I live on those at the comps! The beer too. Although not that brand, it's too expensive...........

Can't be that much more expensive out in Louisiana than out here in Az. It's not like it's Coors or something where they got to ship it across half the U.S.
