Only thing I noticed(other than the Saints loosing) is that when you put the probe wire in and close the door it will tend to collect a little gunk where a tad of smoke is leaking out. No big deal, just wipe the gasket down after the cook.

I live in Zachary.
The fight isn't over until the winner says it is.
