Amazing Ribs has been one of my "reference sites" for quite a while.  Lots of good info and, for the most part, great recipes.  The Memphis Dust is a bit sweet for me but basically a good mix.  The only "failure" I've had was with the Smoky Sauna Ribs and that was because I was pushed for time.  All in all, a good resource.
