Thanks for that....  I've actually used Craig's recipe before and it got raves at a BBQ.....  a very good recipe.

What the hey-hooooooo?  Ain't there no self reespectin' Texans in here?  Mesquite for everything....its the ONLY wood that'll stand up to a six pack of Shiner beer before the feed begins.  8)

I stopped off at a fairly new BBQ place here in town and he only smokes with mesquite.

The Brisket was delicious and sweet. Not sure you can get that with a Bradley Mesquite briquette.
