Ribs from last weekend....

Finally got my pics d-loaded from last weekend, lol.

CostCo,  cryo-vac, 3 slabs of Baby Backs.

Rub was on them for abt 14 hrs.

6 hrs at 210* w/ Apple, Alder, and Hickory.  I misted them a few times w/ an Apple Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar mix.

Was out of my Cattlemans so I had to go w/ Bullseye.

In the pot ya go...

Gotta say ribs are one of my favorite things to smoke... Looking darn good.    :)

Did you smoke them the entire time? So 6 hours total 3 slabs?

Looks good.  That cabinet is way too clean.  Better smoke another pack!
