Just a little late with the post here  ;D

Did a 7.5lb bone-in Boston Butt this time, but the difference is that we did some injecting prior to smoking. It was a roasted garlic mix. I did about 21 hours at 220° and FTC'd for 3 hours. Here's some pictures of the food assembly line. The BBQ sauce used can be seen in the 2nd picture.

The beverages of choice were some Gentlemen Jack and some crappy dry gin.

Quarlow

Very nice, I am just about to pull the second of 2 small ones I did last night. So how was the taste? I just did CT and Jan's rub on one and CYM and Jan's rub on the other. We'll see how it tastes later today.
