sodak and bears fan meet up for Labor Day weekend

Sodak (left), me on the right, met up for a labor day weekend of camping and good times.  I brought the OBS along to cook up a couple of pork butts for everyone.  Everyone enjoyed the good eats.

While camping, one of the kids caught a carp, so Sodak decides to smoke it!  Here is one of the filets being brined.
