First try at ribs

Here's some pics of my first ribs in the OBS.

Read a lot of good comments about Jan's rub so I gave it a try. I really like the taste, a nice blend of spices. Great recipe imo. 

Baby back rubbed ribs



3-2-1 method, actually I did 3-1.5-1 with 3 hours of maple smoke. Looking already tasty, the last hour seemed like it would never end, I was checking the clock every 2minutes.



We planned to eat the ribs for diner but couple of people were here and it was just 4:00, so we had a lil snack.



5 minutes later



All gone, everyone loved it. I'm very happy with the result. Thanks to all the good info shared on this forum!

Looks like everyone enjoyed them! Those bones were worked clean. Hard to tell from the pic but do those bones have knaw marks on them? ::) ...... ;D

good job  --the bad part is you will get to point where you don't want to order ribs in a restaurant anymore.

Man!!! those ribs look beautiful, and the proof is there is nothing left on the bones...great job...
