Ribs today!! with Pics

Thought I would try to put pictures on here and show how I do ribs.

Made up my rub last night they are now in the smoker



Got the smoker warming up



And now I got the ribs in for about 4 hours of smoke



I'll keep ya posted on the rest!!

A little over 3hrs of apple and maple smoke and its time for some tinfoil



And now back in the smoker for a couple more hours



Out of the foil after about 2 hours



All Sauced up with some Hickory BBQ Sauce



Back in the smoker unwrapped



They were a little thicker than the last batch I did so they weren't "fall off the bone" but still really tender and very tasty!! They even passed the wife test, a little more modification and I think I almost have my rub perfected.  Last time it was to sweet and not spicy enought, and I think I added a little to much pepper this time..That just means I got to cook another rack!!
