Brisket reheat time question.

Hi, if i steam my brisket at 300 in my oven, how long before it reach 180 if at room temp at start? THX

Depends on how big it is, but I'd say six to eight hours at least.

So if i want just to reheat next day after it is been cooked, i must wait 6-8 to reheat something cooks already ??? BTW raw, it is 5.5 lbs a flat.

Sorry, I read it wrong.

I shouldn't take more than an hour @300F to re-heat

Ouf!! you scared me :) but i rather it this way. I'M in a rush this week, i must smoke a flat, ABT, Jerky, steaks and my bacon is done already. Everything must be ready for Sunday including curing time for my brisket. So i may have to schedule a lineup loll!
