I'd just like to say a BIG thank you to Chris and Vickie and all of you Bradley Smokers for the invitation to the Midwest Smoke Out II. You really made a non-Bradley owner feel very welcome. You're a great bunch of folks and you really know how put on one heck of an outing. I had an outstanding time, the food was just awesome, the camaraderie was second to none, and you Bradley folks should be very proud of your group.

I also got to meet Nepas! I've been wanting to meet my sausage Guru for quite sometime, and guess what? He's exactly how I had him pictured! Just a good down to earth, fun guy, with some great stories!

Again, thank you everyone, very much for a terrific time, and especially to Chris and Vickie for putting in all the hard work and planning into hosting this extremely successful event.

ShortEnd

Great to meet you ShortEnd!  Stick around and hang with us...   We've got a "Non-Bradley Equipment" section that we post in quite a bit for cooks outside of the Bradley product line.

Ok We need to find out who brought the container with the cream cheese/chipped beef/Onion dip in it. I need to know who it belongs to so I can get it sent back and find out what the recipe for the dip is. If it belongs to you let me know so we can send back the container.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

Quarlow

If you are going to fill it with goodies then it is my container, but I forgot the recipe of what was in it.  ;D ;D ;D Oh and just forget the part where I wasn't at the someout. ;) ;)
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

Tiny Tim

I may be mistaken, but it could possibly belong to the other Tim that was there...and his wife.  I vaguely remember them saying something about leaving a dish that hadn't been emptied and they'd arrange a trip to pick it up at a later date.

Good memory Tim. The dish belonged to Tim and Karen.
