Placement of meat probe in Turkey Breast

I have noticed when inserting the meat probe into a turkey breast depending on the where it is inserted and what angle the IT can change almost 20 degrees, any hints on the placing of the probe.

For probe placement it is suggested that you place the probe in the thickest part of the breast until the tip reaches the center point of the meat. Make sure you are not touching the bone.
