Just purchased an OBS.  Completed the first Brisket today.  Already going to order either a 2nd element or the 900w one and a PID.  Look forward to leaning a tone from you guys.  Thanks for all the helpful post I have searched through for the last couple days.

Thanks for the warm welcome.  I plan to read through the links soon.  As for pictures this is all I have.  Cell phone pics.  As for the food.  The Brisket was OK.  Used a rub mix I got from another site and I think it was a little salty but it turned out very tender.  Also used a mop recipe from the same place and that may have added to the saltiness.  All I had was apple wood and I can tell you I won't use that for brisket again.  The German sausages turned out very good.
