mike did mine with a new and old element and its the same way one bright and one not. See no harm it's working fine and the dim one worked fine by it's self too! Think they get that way the older they get. I sent you a pm showing how I wired mine. Saves a lot of work and time and works good. Just not as purrty as some. LOL
