Innaugural Smoke

Finally had a chance to try out the Bradley Digi, however supper was delayed as i had to troubleshoot why my pucks weren't burning when I was seasoning :(. Searching the forum here someone had said they opened it up & re-seated the the circuit borard & plugs, I did just that then finall was in business :) many thanks to this forum. Anyway did some chicken thighs from the Ted Reader recipe on the Bradley site, they turned out great.
All seasoned up

All cooked up 3 hours later

dipped in sauce & coated ready to eat

Thanks everyone, 4given, they tasted great I used Whiskey Oak bisquettes although next time I'll remove the skin after they are cooked & then do the sauce dunk & coating because the skin did not turn out crispy, probablya little healthier to lol. On to the next smoke!
