So i thought a good lunch of pulled pork would be good for memorial day. So i got a almost 9lb pork butt and rubbed in with bad byrons butt rubbed. let it sit for a day then rubbed in molassas and coated with another layer of rub. Pulled it out ans smoked with apple and pecan for 4 hours. Well had to put it in the stove and we were having a bad storm over night. Well here is the before pictures and i will post some pictures when all done!

I am doing the same, have an 9# going right now. Started with mine around 6:30 pm and yes I had a big storm as well but it cleared up before I went to work so I kept it outside under cover. Im at work now and have it going now, it's at 240 degrees and holding strong...I will check on it when I get home in the morning. The wife is baby sitting it while I'm at work this morning...we'll see how that goes  :P

Cheers and Happy Memorial Day, hope your butt comes out great!     8) 8) 8)

if it tastes half as good as it looks, you have a winner.
