First try at nuggets....hoping they turn out

They look good so far. How did you keep them from falling out the trays when taking the pics?  ;D ;)
Must be anti-gravity meat nuggets :o

Lol, the teriyaki is stiff enough to hold anything!

Its stew meat, all Im using is Kikoman teriyaki sauce and some jerky cure. The orignal recipie is somewhere on here listed as Muebe Nuggets
