Like I said, "Fix 4 & create 5". If I had a car tire like made by MS, I'd never wear it out because I'd driving on nothing BUT patches. ;D
I just love these guys that got to download the Beta versions of every new program that comes out then bitch because their system ends up in the crapper. :'(  ChefBill

Olds,

With the new intel macs, you can hold down a button and choose whether to boot into OS X or XP using Apple Bootcamp, or you can use Parallels Virtual Machine Workstation to run windows programs through virtualization. The benefit of virtualization is that you don't have to restart to use windows programs, but it runs about 20% slower than if booted into XP. See a comprehensive review here:

As far as booting into XP, the Intel Mac is no different than any other PC. A friend bought a Mac Book Pro with a 1.83 GHz intel core duo, and got a higher benchmark score than with his 3.0 GHz pentium 4 tower. We were both pretty surprised. The Intel macs also come with an ATI x1600 video card, which is more than enough for most PC video games. It actually comes under-clocked (for heat/power consumption reasons), but with minimal over-clocking, a score of over 2000 can be achieved on 3dmark06 (which is a very good score).
