FISH TACOS IT IS!!

So the wife decided to make some tacos. FISH TACOS :)

Here are some pics for proof ;D

Warming up some corn tortillas.


Couple fillets in olive oil, very lightly dusted with flour and seasoned with lemon pepper


Fish resting a bit


Plate put together. For some slaw, avocado, and chipotle sauce on them.

I LOVE fish tacos but have never tried it with avocado. My wife uses halibut in our tacos but the ranch / chipotle sauce is what makes them great.  ;D  Maybe gonna have to get some fish out of the freezer and have a taco night. :)

Every time I here "fish tacos" it reminds me of a friend when we were in high school  ::)
