The same thing came out of mine today. But here is a preview of what will be going into and coming out of mine tomorrow. Hopefully it is better looking when it comes out. ;D



This is my first batch of Thuringer. Never bought or even heard of it before so I don't know what a commercial version tastes like. But the wife and I both agree that the test fry was very tasty, a little sour twang to it and nice. Hopefully it gets even better after the smoke.
