In for a smoke bath.  High winds tonight so I am worried about holding temp.  So after smoke into the oven.

So how did it turn out?  Curious because I really want to put in a small turkey for Xmas this year, along with the ham I usually fix.

Wow forgot to finish this post.  Bird turned out well it went faster than the traditional cooked bird.
