Enter Stage Left...Steelhead Trout

Got these from a buddy of mine...



Same deal...needed to skin them and, of course, he didn't remove the bones...



Used this Brine from the site:

QuoteMy Steelhead cure

1/3 cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of non-iodized salt
1 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 cup water
1 cup white wine
1/2 tsp of Garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of Tabasco or Cayenne pepper or both. LOL! Depending on personal preferences.

Now time for a bath for 12 hours...
