 I love to eat smoked salmon and chubs from the store. Now for the newbie question are those usally cold smoked or hot smoked ? I would like to try making some this week. Not sure wich way to go.

Look at the recipe that is the sticky in the fish catagory by Kummock.  Dosen't get any better than that IMO.
Some people say BBQ is in the blood, if thats true my blood must be BBQ sauce.
