Hello all. I started recently noticing that my pucks weren't always advancing. I could sometimes hit the advance button and it would start up again and then just stop. Is there any tips and tricks maybe for maintenance on these? I have maybe used it for only 30 hours total smoking and maybe it needs some sort of cleaning? The previous post of the guy with loose wires had loosened some screws on the slider? Is this something to try? Again it feeds perfectly if using the puck advance button. This is the 4 rack digital that I am usin. I have a turkey to do coming up and thought I better troubleshoot this issue a bit.

Cheers

Well, I had this issue some time ago as well. I've tried every fix posted (but maybe I missed a post as there are many) to no avail. I dealt with Bradley and received a new motor with an arm and although it worked for a while it wasn't long before the issue came back. I've since gone complete away from the Bradley and have been using my Traeger along with an amazing tube smoker for cold smoking cheese etc. Being this is such a shame this past weekend I tried it again on a load of cheese. Same thing (I guess time not used doesn't solve this issue either >:()

I just sent an email off to Bradley once again, but I already know the response will be either "call us" or the same "try this" stuff. I loved this smoker when it worked so forgive me if I'm sounding bitter, but it is what it is.

Here's a couple of threads if your interested
