so as I venture further in to my night mare of smoking lol I come to a point where someone said 3-2-1??????????? damit can't find it anywhere so if there is a kind soul out there can you paste the post on here and thanks in advance. ;D

If you are referring to ribs, this pictorial lesson from Tenpoint5 is located in the Meat section, and while it doesn't specify being 3-2-1, those are the times he uses in the thread.

Yep 3 hours of Smoke, 2 hours wrapped in foil with a splash of liquid. 1 Hour back on the rack with sauce on them. Thats if your doing Spareribs if your doing baby backs it will be closer to 3-1-1. These are just guidelines to get you started. You can adjust everything to your liking as you get to know your smoker better.
