First timer.  Used Kummok's salmon brine recipe:



Looks good to me...  Tasty!  Thanks to Kirby's old thread for the modivation!

Looks good to me. I sure love that recipe. I have made more of that then any other fish recipe. You might try making some of that into a smoked fish chowder. It is just fantastic.
