After mulling over what to do with my dozen free sample Jim Beam bisquettes, I took the advice of several members and decided to use it on beef. I honestly don't remember what cut this was (I think sirloin tip) as it had been in the deep freeze for a while, but I couldn't believe how great it turned out.

Seasoned and ready for smoke

After 2 hrs of hot smoking

Had to finish in the oven for 1/2 hr due to time restrictions

Sliced and ready to eat!

Looks great, and I bet it smells even better than it looks!
I just spent $12 K on this Honda Accord! Why can't it tow my boat?!?

The smell was unbelievable!  I imagine the Whisky Oak would be just as good.
