Hanging Jerky

I started my first batch of jerky today and as necessity is the mother of invention this is what i came up with to help make hanging and transport easier.
If ya'll have any other ideas I would like to hear from you. I plan on using my OBS to make many more batches of jerky.

Looks like you have it under control  ;)
Good job! If you have frog mats or the ones that Bradley now makes you can lay the strips down on those and stack more racks in the tower on top of that one.
